  • i hate myself...... after pulling a muscle in my back i guess i didnt let it fully heal because it is killing me again! meh

  • day four.... i really hope this doesnt come back to bite me in the ass.... my luck i will weigh myself in a few days and be like 265... that would suck. has anyone ever had the fruit and yogurt parfait from mcdonalds? i had one for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. it was almost like a sundae. with out the granola they are like 126 or 128 calories i cant remember. and the granoal is another 30 cals.

  • day two of not weighing myself... and its not so bad. last night i really wanted to but this morning i started my tom again... i hate that its so screwd up..  meh so im not going to get on the scale until its over. not even on monday.

    so i went out to lunch and had some pizza........ ehhh i suck. im still going to be within my calorie range for the day but i prefer to fill it with healthy food and not junk... i ended up eating two slices of cheese pizza with veggies on it..eh.. i just got home and im going to let my food digest a bit then im going to work out. ive been shopping online for an elliptical machine but they cost so damn much the one i want is like 3grand. i found this tony little gazelle thing that i might get. its 98 bucks but the shipping is almost 40- and the weight limit on it is 250... even thought im not that much over id hate for my fat ass to break it... has anyone else use/bought one before?

    ..........

    i got a gazelle on craigslist... for like the price of shipping of a new one. i like it so far but its not very hard... when i did the arc trainer at the gym i would always use it on the hardest level.. but for as cheap as i got it i cant complain..

  • so its my first day of not weighting myself and... its not as bad as i thought it would be.. and i ate more for breakfast than usual... so hopefully that will give me lots more engery. the only bad thing is that i pulled a muscle yesterday doing yard work so no hardcore workouts for like 4-5 days. but i plan on walking a ton!

    as soon as i finish my bread and lean cusiune dinners i plan to cut out atleast half of my carbs.. im not cutting out the fruit because it is really good for you and i love it.. but ive been eating way to much bread. and cutting carbs helps you loose fat from your lower stomach.
